Status Barred App Reviews

Usually when I want to crop my status bar off of a screenshot, I have to fire up photoshop and do a batch process that takes 5-10 minutes to set up. With this app, however, I can do it in seconds by dragging and dropping! This is something I would pay for :)

I tried doing the cropping manually with much trial and error, then searched for a better method and fortunately happened upon this app. It works great! I was able to convert all my screen shots for iPhone and iPad in just a few minutes with the batch processing provided using drag and drop. This app is a must have tool for all developers.

In fairness, I don’t think it’s your fault. By my reading, the Apple docs are not correct (or at least they weren’t on Friday — I am about to check them again right now). Anyway, I just tried to submit an iPhone 6 screenshot cropped using this app to Connect, and it got rejected.

The tool I’d been using for this hasn’t been updated for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. This one worked, and it was fast and easy. Thanks!

I am amazed at how simple this application works! Instead of tediously cropping out an image that is needed, just take a screen shot and you are done. Works as advertised and highly recommended. Thank you very much for this time saver!

Saved me so much time. Status Barred can crop out the top of your screenshot with one click. The obscure function has a bug, when we have a search bar at the normal spot at the top of the screen (still below the status bar), the obscure option will include the gray of the status bar in the blur which produces some wierd results. There should be an option to one click white out the status bar instead.

I don’t review apps very much, but this one deserves some praise. It works so quickly to remove the status bar from my images - and saved me time getting my app submitted. Great job!
